Our Umpires spend countless hours in both the classroom and in field mechanics clinics, learning what it takes to become an Elite Official. Through our mentoring program, independant evaluations and positive feedback from Officiating Partners, our Umpires "Stay on top of their game."

Every Alliance member participates in the most extensive continuing education and training program outside of professional baseball umpire school. If you have the desire to strive to be the best and work toward constant improvement as a baseball umpire, Alliance may be the organization for you.
